Remove Apple Logo

Hiya guys,
i bought a transparent iPhone 4s backplate for my iPhone the other day with the plan of removing the apple logo and accompanying text but so far have had no luck.

Does anyone know how they are put on and more importantly how to remove it?

Sorry for the mix up I was looking for a way to remove the apple logo on a clear iPhone back plate like the one below. Thanks though

Let it sit in a acetone bath for 12-24 hours and then it should pretty much wipe away... Why didn't you just buy one with out the logo?

Ahh I see will that not melt the frame etc ?
I'm trying to find both black and white ones for 4 and 4S but to no avail so tried to remove it. Do you know where I could get these parts?

Cowboy has the right idea but you are also right about the bracket, well it wont melt. The adhesive will most likely wear off and the bracket might separate. The camera lens are usually set in with super glue when they are aftermarket so im not sure how the bond there will react, might fall out.

I'll try tomorrow on one of our scraps, i think a little bit of heat, DNA (Denatured Alcohol), and some pry tool scrubbing ill be able to take it off. If it works, you can give it a go your self.

I never had any luck with acetone. I had to use something called Happy Acid. It's used to clean X-Ray developing tanks. It's the only thing i've had luck with. Tried all kinds of acids.

Yep. Really a pain. Cowboy's way (purchasing without a logo) would definitely be the best. Easiest too lol.

Thanks so much Cowboy, I found both colours on there for the 4 but only black for the 4S?
Have you dealt with them before only I'm ordering to the UK so don't want a load of duff parts?

Feel sorta done the white cdma 4 white clear will work just fine with a 4S
