I lost a part when changing my LCD/Digitizer
Last night I was attempting to replace my iPhone 4 LCD/Digitizer and proximity cable. The screen was easy enough but wish I had better details when I removed my proximity sensor cable. I ended up losing the small 2mm x 2mm purple tinted screen that goes over the proximity sensor [see pic]. Now my screen will not shut off like it should. Any idea where I can get a replacement? Also the torx screwdriver that came with my kit if very cheap. It stripped when I put my 2 base screws back in and now they are not seated all the way. Can I purchase the phillips as replacements?

TRUE IPHONE 4 proximity sensor fix. NOT CALLOCK! - YouTube
This solution fixed my proximity sensor issue. Good luck!
You can change the 2 screws for regular Philips screws as long as they are identical in dimensions to the original 5 point screws. If I helped you in any way, please click on the
button!
