I purchased this red iphone kit came with the button i asked the seller to please provide oem products . My only concern is the red button i purchased it doesnt come with a ribbon cable . How do i install a button without a ribbon cable . Ive fixed lots of iphone 4's and iphone 4s iphone 3gs . Please help me and let me know if its possible to glue the new button to the old ribbon cable

yeh just carefully peel the home button flex off the home button and stick onto the new home button, it should have enough adhesive left to stick to the new home button and voila! but do be very carefully when peeling it off as its easily ripped

Just take the old flex cable off your old button. I usually use the prying tools to gently take it apart. Let me know if you can see the flex cable through the front of the home button.If I helped you in any way, please click on the button!
