is it possible to move the flash memory from one iphone to another?

so im getting my iphone 4s on thursday, the bad thing is that it will have 16GB, and my iphone 4 that i have now have 32gb, so i was wondering if its possible to move the flashdrive/hdd from my iphone 4 to my new 4s so that i get 32 GB in my new iphone 4s?

if so please post a how to or exlain how its done thx

I can imagine that the iphone 4 hard drives ave different connecting pins so that people won't do something just like this but... i wouldn't know for sure.
