silver apple logo

i recently got the ko light kit but i really dont like the backplate, has anyone removed or tried to remove the silver apple logo from a genuine apple backplate ?. if u have plz reply as how u did it and how it turned out

Dont waste your time, the logo is layed underneath the glass before the paint is laid on. In other words technically you can scratch it off but the film is so thin (shiny/chrome/mirror apple) it will most likely scrape off with the paint. Plus you will have to remove the heat sink which is attached to the plastic frame which then leads to my first point, dont do it.
