Water damaged iPhone 4...

Got a water damaged iP4 here,
The board didn't look bad, couldn't see any mineral deposits or corrosion. Gave it a methyl bath anyways..reassembled with a new battery...and still no response

Could it be the dock connector? Or do ya think shes bricked?

Throw it in a bag of dried rice for a week with it powered down then try it . If it don't work replace the batt. Because they short out enemy wet usually the phone is fine

When putting in rice, remember to do it disassembled, wrappen in a cotton cloth. Helps get moisture out and keep rice dust out too
