I purchased the iphone 4 about a month ago, set it up fine, worked perfect..


A couple of weeks ago i picked up the phone to use, slid the bar to unlock, and the screen went black with a wheel asif it was respringing.. It stayed like this for a few seconds, then restarted, apple boot logo came up, then it went to the screen you get when turning the phone on for the first time (connect to itunes). the phone had lost all its settings and had completely wiped itself.

Its done this 3 or 4 times in the past few weeks. & its starting to be a pain.

any idea how to stop this from, happening? or is there a fault with the software?
