Unhappy iPhone 4 4.1 stuck on Apple logo loop! Plz HELP!!

I hope there's somebody who can help me!
2yrs ago I jb my iPhone 4 with limera1n & it's on iOS 4.1. The other day my phone froze after a text msg so I did a hard reset by holding both power & home button. The apple logo came on and it's been cycling on & off at the logo ever since! Yesterday morning it went into Safe Mode and I was able to enter my passcode, unlock it and get into Cydia to remove QuickSMS (the tweak I thought started all this trouble) but when I pushed "restart springboard" it made the phone start the Apple logo reboot loop cycle again. It stays on the apple logo for a few secs then the spinning wheel then screen turns black and the cycle starts again...over and over again!

I've tried draining the battery, putting it in DFU mode with tinyumbrella, putting it in recovery mode with iTunes and even using limera1n again to break the looping but nothing works. I have ssh blobs saved on tinyumbrella from 4.3 to 4.1 and I've even tried putting in restore mode so iTunes will recognize the phone for a restore but that's my issue: I have tons of pics and contacts that I just can't bear to lose with a restore. The phone was last backed up on iTunes right before the jailbreak back in December 2010.

PLEASE! Is there a way to fix my phone without losing all my pics & contacts? I'm desperate and willing to pay anyone thru PayPal for help. I've got precious pics of my Mom who passed away last month and I can't bear to lose them! I'm crying so hard right now! I'm kind of new to jb so any help in non-techy description would be easy for me.

Sorry for the long post but if there is anybody who has any compassion plz help me!

First of all: Update to iOS 5.0.1 and jailbreak it using RedSn0w 0.9.10b3 and also, see if you have any back ups of your phone on your iTunes? Usually iTunes backs up your iPhone automatically when you connect it to your computer. If you don't have any back ups, then do you have those photos saved anywhere? Email, on your computer, Facebook, etc.?

No that's my prob. I don't want to upgrade my iOS until I can retrieve my pics off my phone. I do not have copies of those pics of my Mom anywhere other than my phone. And iTunes didn't backup my phone cuz its jailbroken and I would lose my jb if I did.

I've downloaded iexplorer and iTools and now I just need help on how to use them. What would be better is if there is a way to go into the phone's files with one of these tools to find the file that is causing the reboot looping.

You said you were able to access into your iPhone. Can you do that again? If so, follow these steps and ill let you know how to find your photos. :-)

Thx so much! :-) And I've already got WinSCP on my pc. I also am able to see my pics using iexplorer. I can see all my phone's files. My other prob is that my phone keeps disconnecting from my pc every few minutes whenever it goes thru the reboot looping.

What is my next step plz?

Hmmm... If i were you, save your photos along with anything else you want saved from your iPhone to your computer on your Desktop into a folder called "iPhone" or something of that sort. And then just restore it and rejailbreak. That would probably be the best option to do now.

So just make a folder on my computer then use WinSCP to drag and drop my pics and contacts from my phone?

    Thx for helping me

UPDATE: (almost there..I think I've found the problem---Mobile Substrate)

I used i-FunBox to ssh inside my phone to look at the following files in this order:

    Raw File System/Library/Mobile Substrate/Dynamic Libraries

From there I looked at the date of the most recent updates that I downloaded in Cydia. I then deleted all tweaks (both .dylib & .plist files of each tweak) that I either upgraded or recently added to my phone then rebooted. Still no fix! I didn't realize that because I'm on an older firmware (4.1) that I don't need to upgrade every tweak ("if it ain't broke, don't fix it" ) Most of the updates are to be compatible with ios 5 and I think when I updated MS (Mobile Subtrate) it caused the infinite reboot looping.

So what should be my next step? I've read that a lot of other people on older firmware who upgraded MS have gotten their phones into the same prob as me. I know that I need MS in order for some Cydia tweaks to work but is there a way to delete it or change the file so I can stop the looping? If deleting it works then how to get it back? And won't it be the most recent version? What about Activator? I updated it too so could it be causing the prob as well?

    Thx for all help guys!
