A friend and I have successfully converted our iPhone 4S colors....here a pic.....since this pic the home button has been swapped.....

hey i just Pre ordered the iPhone 4S Red Color swap from this site,
iPhone, iPad & iPod Repair Service | Buy iPhone, iPad, & iPod Parts | iPhone Screen Repair, Water Damage Kits
they just got the Full Red front and back without the black/white frame. So it comes with matching frames, they told me to send in my iPhone in like 5 days and i will get it back in 2-4 days after i send it in.
Ill keep you guys updated
