Hello everyone,

a customer brought me a water damaged iPhone 3GS that only boots up to the Apple logo and then shuts off (only boots up when plugged in). I know water damaged iPhone have rather strange issues, but this seems like a simple fried battery?

Also, another water damaged iPhone 3G's home button has ceased to work. Will a simple home button w/ flex cable replacement solve the problem?
