iphone 3g bottom half of screen not working :/

hii

im having problems with my iphone 3g's digitizer.
only the top half is working and is rendering my iphone useless as i cant even unlock it :/

ive tried restoring it a couple of times to different ios versions but no success in that

i dont realy want to buy any replacement parts jus yet

i want to know how to install lsrotator onto the iphone through a jailbreak program as well as sb rotator.

btw im using win 7, iphone 3g with ios 4.1
