Dropped iPhone 3gs on DFU mode

Hi Guys,

Recently i had bike accident. i fell down wile my iphone was in the pocket. when i try to call for help i notice the phone is gone dead. after all those incident i plugged the iphone to mac and iTunes recognized as phone is on recover mode. i tried everything to get it back on with no luck. hope you guys can help me with this issue.

Iphone 3gs IOS 4.3.2 Jailbroken and unlocked the time it was working.

what i tryed:

restoring with PWNG IOS (no luck) This device not eligible for restore error.
restoring original IOS (no luck) error 1600

Used tiny umbrella to kick off recovery mode (no luck) white screen appears no text and stay for wile and go black again.

used redsnow to rejailbreak and reboot. on that time some text appears and stays there until i press power button then it go black screen

my father was going to give me his iphone 3gs but he dropped it in a mud puddle and now it cannot call or send txts.
