Default iPhone 4 sim card module repair

Im getting a "no sim" error on my iPhone 4. I recently just did a full housing swap on it, i forgot to put in the lever that is used to pop the sim out. i wanted to take the sim out so i decided to try and push it out from the inside. i got it out, but now the phone isn't recognizing the sim. i think i damaged the module but pushing it out. i ordered one from ebay for $5. anybody know anything about changing this?

I know the iPhone 3G/3GS required soldering and was really difficult to do. Not sure on the iPhone 4 one. Cowboy (another moderator here) may know, he is the resident hardware pro.

Yes it is extremely difficult and you better be an A+ soldering pro. I personally have never been successful at getting one to work on an iPhone 4. I have been good at 3gs but 4's are a different story.

Haha you might see if you can find a repair shop that can do it or a small electronic store
