Replacement iPhone 3GS Housing Missing GPS Antenna Screw Hole?
Hey guys... I have an iPhone 3GS housing I ordered form SW Box that I am currently assembling, and have discovered that the screw hole for the GPS Antenna is missing. I know this will obviously have to be drilled out, but I was wondering if anyone would happen to know what size drill bit is needed so I can fit the proper screw in it's place? The location of the hole is the same one in the pic below circled in red. Thanks.

Actually what you are showing is the hole holding the sim card ejector lever. I did one of these only a week ago and had the same problem. The screw is a self taping type and I drilled the hole using a 0.3mm pcb drill. You have to be careful not to drill through the back.

I'm currently back at college and don't have currently have access to a power drill, it's possible I may be able to use one through a club, but is there a tool I can use to make this hole manually?

It's plastic so you can probably do it with your hand manually

With just the drill bit? I know the screws aren't self tapping.

Pin + pliers + flame. Mark spot on case exactly where screw should go. Hold pin tightly with pliers, heat pin enough to melt case, insert pin into case at marked spot. Use your best judgement on diameter and depth, less is better, the screw will find its proper spot.
