Dropped my phone crack screen and screen is white
Is my LCD done? It's just solid white... If so, what all do I need to buy to fix this? I have replaced the screen before, but never anything else so I don't know what all I need. Thanks

I have an iPhone 3G with this exact issue. If it still responds to slide gestures and syncs with your computer then it's only a damaged LCD.

Yes, it does respond to slide and I am able to get to my voicemail which is cool.

Ya, I have bought those ones before and they work well. I have received a broken one or two before too though, but for the most part they are fine.

Yeah, I just ordered an LCD just over $21 CND. Chances are it`ll work... just don`t cheap out.

Just a quick suggestion. I have had more success with working LCDs and Digitizers when buying on Amazon.com. The price is pretty much the same as the decent ones on Ebay. Good luck
