Sick! Tried everything but phone wont turn on or connect

As said in title, ive had my iphone for nearly 2 years. Its jailbroken and all of a sudden this week its been freezing and turning off. At first I thought it was nothing but now it wont turn on or connect to itunes, if it does turn on its just a white screen. Ive read on the internet a million ways of trying to fix it ive tried all of them. Is it dead or fixable? Im not at all technical so no idea what on earth it could be

i've seen this before. sounds like the battery died will no longer turn on. unforunately the battery won't charge until ios boots up and then the usb drivers will load. what i did was replace it with a new battery. new battery's usually have at least 25% or more charge on them. after replacing the battery, sync to itunes and restore
