Notification problem, please help

I have iphone 4 iOS 4.3.3 its not jailbroken. I use gevey sim to unlock it. I have an issue with push notifications. I dont get no notifications altough i have them on. I tried restoring phone, reinstalling apps and restarting phone after it. And nothing works. The notification is on but i dont get nothing. If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it! Please! :-/

Did the problem occur after the Gevey install, or was it a prior issue?

you could jailbreak and use mobilnotifier...

but it sounds like the data can't be pushed through at all..

I would try uninstalling the Gevey card and using an original sim just to pinpoint the issue
