PAINTED iPhone 4 middle frames + buttons

I have come a cross some painted iP4 middle frames + buttons....they look unreal!
anyone had any experience with these?
worried i might have a problem like i did with the metallic fronts...

reception problems...seemed to ruin cellular and wifi recpetion
