Default How to remove a 3GS Bezel without scratching it?

Ok so I ordered a housing with the bezel already attached from SWBox and the quality is very good, but the included volume buttons look very cheap. I have replacement buttons I wanted to swap in, but in order to do that, I have to remove the bezel. I haven't even unwrapped the housing, so it's brand new and I'm looking for a way to remove the bezel without scratching or chipping it up? Is there a way you can use like a pry tool on the inside and pry the bezel off? I don't care about the inside since no one sees it obviously. Also, once it's removed, what do you guys use to reattach the bezels? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
