Ear Speaker not working on 3GS

Customer brought me their phone and the Speaker and LCD weren't working. I had a completely screen assembly laying around so I popped it in and the LCD worked fine, but the speaker still isn't working. Thinking just maybe the speaker had quit working on that screen, I unpackaged a brand new digitizer and frame assembly that was OEM and plugged it in and the ear speaker still had no sound. What do you think could be the problem? Anyone else had this problem?

3rd Screen with no ear speaker sound. Most likely problem is damaged #3 connector on the Logic Board.

Is this fixable or just trash?

It can be fixed. I would double check and make sure the pop connecter and the #3 cable are well connected. If it is well connected i would then check to make sure were the speaker meets the logic board is clean. use ipa of 95% to clean the connectors.
