    Default That darn adhesive!

    Hello everyone,

Are there any suggestions on how to remove adhesive from iPhone/iPod touch digitizers without scratching off the black paint? I tried warming it up with a blow dryer but that hardly helped the situation.

    Open to any/all suggestions!

    Thanks in advance!

Isopropyll alcohol is perfect for this and any place you need a solvent to repair an iPhone. Because it removes adhesives, be careful using too much around parts held together with adhesive. Unless of course as in this case you are using it to remove the adhesive.
