3G: Restore Needed, No Wifi, Bluetooth Unavailable, Searching...

Ima be detailed as possible here.
I just bought an iphone 3g.

The seller told me it needed to be restored.
When i looked at it, there was a plug into itunes logo with a slide lock. A message that also said "Restore Needed: iPhone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from itunes. www.apple.com/support"

So I tried to restore it with 4.2.1, that was the same firmware it was on when i bought it.

I got error 1002 at the end.

DFU mode via Redsn0w.
Custom restore with sn0wbreeze 4.2.1 with baseband 6.15.00

It restored fine.

Now heres what I see. The top left says Searching...
shows "No Wi-fi" and "Bluetooth Unavailable".
Heres what keeps happening automatically: Displays "Restore Needed: iPhone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from itunes. www.apple.com/support"
Then it restarts.

I opened it up, theres no sign of water damage.

Is there a way to fix this? Please and thank you

hi every one, i have iphone-4 it was 4.1 base-1.59
also got same situtation, didnt get any suitable responce, even i have update my firmwae from 4.1 to 4.3.3 but same problem, same message "restore needed, you can not make or receive calls" and no wifi, not blue tooth and in setting general option, modem ware base band didnt show any think,

help needed, may be any hardware problem ????? Please comments
