    Default iphone isn't reconized by computer

    I have an old iphone, 1st gen i believe. It will charge through the wall but when its plugged in on the computer it will not charge. Nothing happens. Any solution to this?

    It sounds like something is wrong with the usb connection. Not an easy fix if it is hardware related. Have you tried it on another computer?
