3g lcd replaced and now phone constantly re-boots to apple logo

Hi,

I replaced my lcd screen on my 3g, and now the screen constantly re-boots to apple logo screen, when it does switch on the screen works ok but only for a few mins, the prox sensor now does not work.
Any suggestions, as i now have a useless phone

i have re-seated the connectors several times now.

Well, I have had the same problem on two of the fronts I have ordered, buy mine were for 3GS..

The one I shipped back and got a refund, but the other one was fixes b

The one I shipped back and got a refund, but the other one was fixed by replace the proximity sensor flex cable with a new oem cable..

I assumed that, this was the problem because the part number on cable 3 on the new fronts was the only one which didn't match..
