iphone 3gs 32 gb Battery issue

I already changed the battery on iphone 3gs and all the times the iphone
reboot after 3,4 min.
I tried battery numbers 616-0431 616-0433 and 616-0435.
any one,any one can help me???????????

If you tried and restored and still having that problem there is something going on with the logic board.

I just can restore to 4.1 using tinyumbrella.
When i try to update to 4.2.1 give me error 29.
What do you think ?
