Purchased new mid frame .. question

purchased new mid frame iphone 3g.
What else is needed that is attached to the mid frame other than the home button. I already purchased both, what are the names of all the parts on the top.

And is the install any harder than replacing home button,lcd, digitizer, which I have done.

You also got to move the speaker over as well but everything should be pretty easy the midframe is pretty much just a holder for everything to lay on.

the complete midframe with home button, speaker, IR sensor, etc is around 15 bucks, I think its worth it
