Where is the RAM located in iPhone/itouch 4?
Subject says it all, but is it possible to take the ram out and replace it?

The RAM is on the CPU. So there isn't a chance unless it is possible to swap the CPUs out too...

i dont think that changing the RAM is possible, and even if it was, it would be risky...

You would have to swap out the CPU and many other components. Not happening
