Just curious if anyone else does this for a "living". I'm a full time student and do repairs for money. It pays the bills

I thought about getting into repairing other phones.. I actually have a Samsung Captivate in pieces right now. Needs a new screen.. which is no problem. It's the fact that I cannot find the bottom button replacement that's stopping my repair.

    FRAUD.

Illegal, and you should be prosecuted and/or jailed. (no jailbreak 4 u)
Unless you describe them as just like "new" or do indicate in some fashion that they aren't exactly new.

If you sell these refurb units, with a description as "new" without qualifying they are not new, that would be false advertising.
You're breaking Canadian law. Very likely the local laws in those overseas countries you're marketing to.

If your description has both "refurbished" and unqualified "new" then you're probably not breaking the law.
