...i dont know what soughtering is. It might work, but I dont know anything about that.
Post a pic of what is broken.
You wont be able to buy that wire separately, its just a spacer. But if you show us how its broken, and what YOUR phone looks like, we might be able to think of something for you.

Anyway, it seems that what you circled in that picture is the SIM card detector switch. If it's broken, i.e. there is no contact from the left end to the right end, then your phone will show "NO SIM card inserted", rendering it useless. Because replacing that switch could be tricky, to say the least, I recommend that you just soughter the two together and call it a day.

Send me the phone, I can solder it back if you have all the parts.

You need to replace the "sim card connector"
you can find many replacemnts on ebay. If I am not mistaken, there is no soldering required, it should either snap in or be glued in.

Soldering is required. The part he needs is the bridge that tell the iPhone if there's a sim card in or out. That's why you get that message please insert a sim card if not inserted. Also you have buy the sim card holder and it is a pain in the butt to replace. There is 10 points you have to desolder and re solder.
