I was just putting some apps in categories folders when all the sudden my iphone just turned off, and now every time i try to turn it back on it

    Default iphone crash 5 sec after boot
    I was just putting some apps in categories folders when all the sudden my iphone just turned off, and now every time i try to turn it back on it turns back off in like 5 seconds after i see the apple logo. any ideas on a fix?

    Put it in restore mode and restore it. Dfu mode if the former fails to work for some reason.

    Categories warns you to know what ya doin boy!

    Something was wrong with your root files then. =/

    Restore and youll be good as new.

    is there a way to ssh into it 1st to save files?

    No. It was a rock update that's causing this. Try restoring.

    Negative =( you can't ssh unless the phone is running and running with openssh on.

    Just do a restore start from backup, save the necessary files through ssh, restore again as a new phone. sync. done.

    would updating to 3.1.3 from 3.1.2 work?
