    hello, i recently just tried to replace my iphone screen. however when trying to take out the screw they won't budge. I think they might be stripped. I bought the $50 dollar screen on mission repair no frame just digitzer front glass and adhesive. Any solutions?

    Its the screwdriver, Ive done dozens and the only time I have an issue is when trying to use a cheap screwdriver.

    Diddo, try a smaller screwdriver too, the bigger ones will just slip right off.

    Go to a local hardware store and buy a set of mini philips screwdrivers for like 10 bucks and they will come out perfect.

    Also magnetized ones would help, or just pass a magnet over the tip a couple times to magnetize it. Makes it easier taking them out.

    when that happens to me, I take a kitchen knife and very carefully unscrew the screw with it.
