Default iphone 3g won't turn on after disassembling iphone!!help please
Okay so the other day i opened up my iphone to see if i would be able to replace the vibrate switch because mine broke.

I made sure when i assembled it back together that everything was back in place nice and tight. when i tried to turn on my iPhone 3g 3.1.2, it wouldn't turn on! When i pluggged it into a wall charger and turned it on, it would only show the apple logo for 2 seconds and turn off. When i do the hard reset, it shows the "connect to itunes logo". it stays there, but the problem is that when i pull the plug out, it shuts off.

I tried to power it from my laptop, but the apple logo doesn't even appear. it sort of flickers and that's it!!

    please help!!!!!!

Check to make sure the battery is making contact with your logic board.

Yeah, how exactly did you "open" it and what did you disassemble?
