Dead areas on new digitizer

Ok i bought the new replacement glass for the 3g iphone, but digitizer does not work on bothe left sides in the middle, so i cant press 9 in keypad when i call, the apps on the right third from the top wont open, send button in sms wont work neither. So basically its all new digitizer. I already replaced more than 50 of those, and it is the first time i am experiencing problem with digitizer. So should i ask replacement from place where i bought it from on ebay or just buy another one, or is there any way to fix it?
