iPhone Sync Issue
So I just finish building my new $1200 gaming computer, easy build and started right up with no problems, and I become overjoyed when I think of how fast my iPhone will sync with it.
So I plug it in...and it hangs for a minute, then restarts.
Long story short, my USB port was overpowered or something of that sort and now my iPhone won't sync.
No big deal, I'll just return it to Apple...but of course, it's jailbroken.
So I need to know, how can I restore my iPhone wirelessly?
I've already tried anything that has to do with connecting it: multiple computers/multiple operating systems/different cords/dfu mode/etc.
IT IS NOT A SOFTWARE RELATED PROBLEM
This is also probably in the wrong section, but I didn't know where else to put it, so yeah.
Thanks, Achooist

So you are saying your USB fired your iPhone USB connection? Can it still connect to your old PC that you used? Try putting it in DFU mode and see if that kicks it back into being visible on the PC. Also check out your connections within the PC if your USB is "frying" devices.

No, it doesn't work on any computer. Can it still connect to your old PC that you used?
Already did this with no success.Try putting it in DFU mode and see if that kicks it back into being visible on the PC.
I did, and fixed it, but not before it broke my iPhone. Also check out your connections within the PC if your USB is "frying" devices.
Oh and, the phone still turns on/whatnot.

Does the phone charge when using the wall charger?

Yes, and it charges through the computer too.

So it is that iTunes doesn't see it anymore or does it even show the usb connection in the bottom right by the clock? Sorry about the simple questions. Trying to dig and help figure it out as much as I can.

It's not iTunes or drivers, it's not recognized in the computer at all, or any computer for that matter, even when other iPhones are recognized.

My nephew just had the issue with his iTouch doing the same thing but for him restore mode or DFU finally got the computer to see it again.
Sorry I am out of ideas or questions to help get ideas. Hopefully someone will come along and see all the information and be able to lend a better helping hand.

Yeah, I don't think they'll exchange it if it's jailbroken...I guess somebody can tell me how to destroy it software wise that'd be good.
xD
