Bezel causes vibration to malfunction?
Alright, so the bezel on my iphone is gapped, due to the fact that I installed a new housing.
Everything was working fine for quite some time, but now the vibration only works when the bezel is gapped and when I put it back down it wont work.
I've opened the phone up, tried reseating the motherboard, nothing seems to be working and I just cant find the specific problem. I'm assuming its some type of short, but I cant find it.
Any tips? It's only impossible if you quit.

I highly doubt it is the bezel. There is a possibility that the gap in your bezel is causing tension/damage on your flex cable near the vibrate toggle switch. Another possibility is that it is just the vibrator itself. Make sure the logic board is making contact with the vibrator.

The logic board is toughing the vibrator, and pushing it down, but closing the gap ensures it is in contact.
The flex cable near the switch seems to be fine, I'll try moving it.It's only impossible if you quit.
