    Default Flex cable, metal parts
Does anyone know how to move the metal parts from the original iPhone 3G headphone and volume ribbon cable to a new one (That I got with no metal parts or connectors)

I know this has been asked before but I could not find a good answer when I searched for it through the site and google.

Any help would be appreciated. :-)

    I have attached pics.

They are attached with a double sided adhesive that should be on your new flex cable. Gently untape the volume bracket and power bracket. Then gently pry off the vibrate switch. You will need to use another type of double-sided adhesive if your flex did not come with it applied.
