I just got a second 3g. The first one had a problem with the earphone jack and looked a bit abused. So, I bought a second one off a guy locally on CL.
The phone looks 100% new with all ne acessories and box.
I was transfering all of my info today and noticed the old one seemed to have a more color radiant LCD.
Not really brighter, but the collors seem to be lighter and not as saturated on the new one.
It still looks perfect and this is not noticable at all unless they are side by side.
Any ideas y?

All apple LCDs come from 2 different companies, Sharp and Toshiba. Basically just depending on the week your phone was manufactured to whether it is a refurb or not can determine which LCD you have. There is also a possibility that the phone you bought had been repaired at some point with an aftermarket LCD.

Hmmm, I thought about the aftermarket LCD idea. But, the new one looks 100% with 0 scratches.
Good info though.
