Does the phone respond at all when plugged into the wall charger or the computer?

Nope it didn't but I somehow fixed it. I just took the logicboard back out and put it back it together and it fired right up.

In the future just do a hard reset to power the phone back up.

Either that or the board wasnt making contact with the battery terminals.
