    The lens being fogged is moisture. Moisture dries so yes it can go away.

    I dont know (actually doubt) they would replace it for that reason, may (most likely) actually void the warranty cause moisture/water damage of any kind will.

    The power button shouldnt be sunk in though.

    The button shouldnt be sunk in, so I'd take it in.

    Its under warranty so obviously it would be free. If its after 30 days you would get a refurbished replacement.

    You need to ask Apple, but I doubt they will give you a new one. They could give you a refurbished one and say its new, you wouldnt know the difference.

    No fees, it UNDER WARRANTY. Its like anything else you buy and take back if it breaks within warranty.

    Ive never seen a refurbished iphone that didnt look like new.

    And ive gotten ahold of prolly 20.
