Hello. I'm new to these forums looking for any information that someone might be able provide. Searching these very forums I came across a posting that described my problem to the "T." Basically I have an iPhone and can get close to a known cell tower in my area and get 4 bars, but when I leave I lose my signal.
The post I found mentioned a blown resistor. I decided to open my phone up and look at the motherboard where the resistor is located. Mine is still present but using an Ohm tester I found that it's no longer resisting. I'm curious if anyone knows the specs of the resistor circled in the image in the following link:
I appreciate any info available... even if it's a bunch of links provided to purchase a replacement motherboard.
