iphone freezes when connected to pc but unplug the phone it works fine

i replaced my lcd and digitizer and ever since then the phone freezes when i connect it to my pc and i tunes says there was an error when reading from the device. When I unplug the phone it returns to normal operation. The wierd part is when i disconnect the screen and plug it in the phone connects to the pc with no problems. It also connects with no problems when in recovery and DFU mode. I have tried multiple pc's an cables.

Any ideas?

get a new digitizer or lcd whichever you changed make sure your hands are not wet reinstall. Plug it in to a mac restore problem solved
