iPhone 3G LCD Replacment

Today, i decided to open up my iPhone to clean dust off the screen... when prying it off the LCD from the Digitizer, i had cracked the LCD...

So... does anyone know a good and reliable site where i can get a OEM LCD Replacement for my iPhone 3G? I just need the LCD, no digitizer.

I found this off of ebay...

That one looks fine. Its coming from HK so shipping will be slooooow. Yeah the LCD is pretty fragile.

The guides on youtube all suck... they tell you to pry up on the LCD, when pulling on the side rails a tiny bit pops it open...

Well, atleast I didnt break both the LCD and the Digitizer.

Yeah it can be a little tricky popping the LCD out of the rails...flex the LCD just a little and its not good

But once you've done it you pretty much get it down.
