How to Make a Line Out Wire by Yourself

It's a tutorial that I found on Digg. And it's seems to make an iPhone Line out is an easy thing.
How much is a iPhone Line out like that? I have checked and the price between $9.99 to $99, so I confused. Does anyone get this before? To buy one or to make one by myself, which is better?

How exactly are you wanting to connect it?

I have mine connected to my in dash dvd player through audio and video cables. Works good but it sucks getting use to changing the song on the iphone instead of on the radio

I bought this LiquidAUX Deluxe a while ago and it solved:
  • your problem
  • the OP's problem
  • the charging problem
  • the where to put it problem
It also created a little bank problem ($35) but it was totally worth it. On a side note, the tiny & slim remote can be taken out of that steering wheel sleeve and if you have a somewhat flat surface to stick it to with double-sided tape, you just got yourself a factory looking solution.
Cheers!
