Ok....the plastic chrome trim was too brittle so I've decided to ditch it. Now I'm on the hunt for a new case/bezel combination
CPJR, can you PM me the source you used for your case? I'd like to try another seller. I can tell you where I got mine from as well.
Something just didn't seem right about it. I'd like to get another one that fits properly.
Ok...this upcoming week's about to get very interesting!
I've successfully completed 2 more case swaps using parts from 2 new sources I've found (PM me for more details) and just ordered a few different colors to play with for next week.
I'll post up a few pics once the new cases arrive.
I also ordered a new bezel to play with for the original red case I bought over a month ago. I'm sure I'll get it working. Just sucks it was too big for that phone's OEM metal bezel and its included plastic one.

I started over with a new case and the difference was night and day! So much easier this time around. The other case came from hell lol

That was a phone that was sold.
When I was putting it together, it took me about an hour to get the sides right. After those pics you see above, I had to pull the chrome trim off and redo it again one more time since the right side didn't' line up right.
I set it again and let the glue dry for a couple hours before I started adjusting the trim until I got it right.
I don't have any more pics of the red one but I'll post the sides to the next color project I'm working on before the weekend so you can see how its supposed to look.
Trust me it can be a pain in the arse to get it right. I totally understand what CPJR was talking about now. Kudos bro
These cases aren't exactly what I'd call user friendly

Just one question did you have to do alot of adjusting to get the volume toggle and switches to stick out like they are supposed to or does that just vary from case to case?

I would say it varies from case to case but usually I never have problems with that part. Tighten up the screws and make sure you have all the right ones in all the right places.

I forgot to mention...a good source for color cases is a seller by the name of iheff on Ebay.
Great guy, lives in the states and ships very quickly! I've already mention to a few people in a PM but I figured I may as well list him here too.
I told him about the site and he said let him know tiguy99 sent you and he'll look out for you on the price.

Question: does the bezel snap into the back cover or does it need to be glued?
