well yeah that first one i took apart i opened it with that damn "case opener tool" and it tore it off on the bottom. but i should've waited cuz not too long after that i seen you or someone posted about useing a suction thingy. but anyway yeah i need one or something that'll do the job. a tiny bit of silicone? you think?

^Personally I would leave it, instead of risking making a bigger mess.
And yeah, I use a quarter sized suction cup, perfecto.

Its to help protect against dust and moisture.
Look on the bright side, you know how to take it apart to clean if needed

yeah i know. not even this cheapy plastic one has a seal (not that it would cause it's..cheap). but i've searched and seams like the only things for sale are screens, digitizer, batteries you know all that stuff. i guess if you want things like a new motherboard, speaker, or stuff like that you'll have to buy a parted-out one off ebay.

I've done quite a few that same way. And if any screws wont go in, your mainboard isnt sitting tight enough to the housing....something is mis-aligned.

True True.
You can actually buy every part to completely "build" a 3g 16gigger iphone.
I figured it up, would cost yeah about $800....hahahahahahaha.

where could i find crazy glue in Australia? or what is the equivalent? because I hate using superglue!
it's too runny and leaves white crap if there is too much put on

Crazy glue is the same way as super glue it's more of a liquid, watery form. I bought the one with a brush so I could lightly spread it on that might be a little easier to prevent runs. Personally for me super glues dry almost instantly so it gave me almost no time to move or play with the bezel before it was dry. Amazing Goop is an adhesive I used on cars and other things around the house it's pretty strong and doesn't dry as fast. It's a little more "gooy" so I shouldn't run as easily neither. The differnce between the two is crazy glue dries hard and amazing goop is a little more flexible.I don't know which is better for the application. Both can be found and bought online. Simply google the names.I will tell you both have some fumes that some would say hurt your lungs but I mean all you have to do is open a door or something.
