Random Screen turn off's after downgrading?

After I downgraded from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 my iPhone has been acting very strangely. Sometimes when I try to unlock the phone, it will turn off the screen. And other times, the screen flashes a black screen and then doesn't respond and I have to lock and unlock it again.

More rarely than that, is when the screen will randomly turn off in the middle of something. I have no idea why.

Anybody else having this after downgrading or at all?

I have been using 1.1.1 for months now and have seen this problem too. I have tried everything to reproduce this problem but no luck

it happens very very rarely for me and I think its just iPhone glitches... Nothing to do with modding and whatnot. I could be wrong but that's my take
