How do I "de-sshify" 1.1.1?
During the jailbreak I installed SSH using Nate True's sshify. It worked well enough to jailbreak the phone, but I was getting a lot of errors. So, now I've installed OpenSSH through Installer.app -- and it works perfectly. But now I have to SSH servers running (I can see both when I run Services.app). If possible, I'd like to delete the sshify version. Any ideas?

I uninstalled openSSH and I can still connect to my phone with winSCP so I still have sshify on my phone and it dose not show up in services.app.
iv searched for hours and have founds ways to turn it off in terminal found scripts to turn it off with tapp but with any of them it turns back on when the phone restarts.
I want to use openSSH only dosent anyone know how to remove sshify? or atleast disable it from starting when the phone boots?
Thank you
seems like with openssh not installed winscp is readonly is the phone abel to accept ssh connections readonly with no shh? or is that sshify?Last edited by bchilton9; 10-17-2007 at 08:14 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

To REMOVE ssh, try this....
For sshify remove this file: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/au.asn.ucc.matt.dropbear.plist
For OpenSSH remove this file: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.thebends.openssh.sshd.plist
---OR---
For OpenSSH remove this file: /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.thebends.openssh.sshd.plist <- my 1.1.1 was this file
Obviously keep a backup of the file so you can easily turn one or the other back on.

Where is the com.apple.update.plist.orig file? Is it suppose to be 0kb file? Anyone help, or can anyone upload this please. Thanks.
I downloaded a sshkit, but I believe it is also dropbear ssh instead of openSSH, or can anyone tell me where to download OpenSSH?
