ok here goes, Think I got a big ish problem...I bought a jailbroken iphone4 with Cydia on it, I added no other apps to it or any other info, I started modding it and had the loading Safari, Mail etc issue with appsync7. My issue is Cydia crashes and I can't remove appsync7, I don't have a backup as there was nothing on the phone to back up, I can't do a restore as itunes gives error 3194, I can't add iFile as I can't get into Cydia, iphonebrowser won't let me into the root of the phone. Is this the end of the road for me, do I have to update to 7.1? OR is there a way out?

semirestore hangs connecting to the device. Is there really no way to navigate to the root of the device and remove ******* without ifile or iphone browser, it seems a bit of a floor that you can't access the root and delete tweeks or manually restore files, although of course giving mere mortals that amount of control would be dangerous if you didn't know what you were doing

Error 3194 Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation.
Sounds like you need to restore to 7.1.

yes i saw what the error definition was, but assumed you could navigate round update in light of having 7.0.6 and not wanting to update to the current firmware, I guess thats a resounding no then. Would I be right to think previous iphone 4 backups won't help me?
