I was attempting to Upgrade to 7.06 and re-jailbreak again but, when I open Evasion 1.0.7 it says iPhone 5 (IOS 7.06) is already jailbroken. Jailbreaking again is not recommended.

Default When I start to run Evasion it says iPhone (7.06) already jailbroken.
I was attempting to Upgrade to 7.06 and re-jailbreak again but, when I open Evasion 1.0.7 it says iPhone 5 (IOS 7.06) is already jailbroken. Jailbreaking again is not recommended. But, I don't have Cydia anymore.

    What do I do?

You'll have to jailbreak again. Once you restore it wipes the jailbreak.

Don't update firmware, even if iTunes prompts you if you want to keep a jailbreak.

I had the same issue....I "jailbroke again" with no problems. My assumption is that updating to 7.06 doesn't wipe every file added by envisi0n, or at least not the one(s) it uses for verification.
