ok...i know what i did. i just dont know how to undo what i did! ios7, 4s. i was downloading intelliscreenX (which im aware doesnt work with ios7, just thought id try). it installed for literally hours i finally just ended the process. since then, cydia comes up blank, then moves to the black screen that says dpkg yada yada and when i hit return to cydia, it goes to blank cydia. now, iveresearched online and some say to delete the numbered files in a certain folder. the only problem is i dont have ifile installed on phone. nor do i have ssh to access from computer. as far as i can find, disk aid, ibrowse, ihone folders, programs like that do not access root folders. someone please help!!

Sounds like you may need to do a DFU restore.

Once in DFU, restore in iTunes to 7.0.4 and re-jailbreak.

If you have no root access, then not much you can do. Not even using a .deb file to re-install Cydia.
